These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the ALC Remodel Customer Care SMS program and related customer messaging. They are provided by KALC HOLDING LLC doing business as ALC Remodel (“ALC,” “we,” “us”), located at 5050 Quorum Dr, Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75254.

1. Program Description
ALC Remodel Customer Care SMS sends customer care texts for scheduling, appointment reminders, job-status updates, and replies to customer questions about active or prospective remodel work.
2. Consent
You opt in by giving verbal consent by phone or in person. We send a confirmation text right after consent is given. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Messaging consent is separate from accepting these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive a few messages per week while a job is active, and fewer otherwise.
4. Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Recording
Phone calls and meetings in which ALC Remodel participates may be recorded to document project scope, decisions, and service quality, as permitted by applicable law. Where the law requires it, we will notify participants that the conversation may be recorded.

Mobile information collected for the SMS program is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. We do not use phone numbers collected through our SMS program for advertising or remarketing audiences.
10. Eligibility
The SMS program is intended for adults 18 years of age or older in the United States who are customers or prospective customers of ALC Remodel.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALC REMODEL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SMS PROGRAM. Warranties for remodeling work are set out in your signed project agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the SMS program after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
