1. Who We Are
KALC HOLDING LLC d/b/a ALC Remodel (“ALC,” “we,” “us”) is a residential remodeling contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area, located at 5050 Quorum Dr, Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75254. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through alcremodel.com, our text messaging program, and our services.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and property address.
- Project information: scope details, photos of your property, measurements, material selections, estimates, contracts, invoices, and payment records.
- Communications and recordings: emails and text messages are retained. Phone calls and meetings, whether in person, by phone, or by video, in which ALC Remodel participates may be recorded to document project scope, decisions, and service quality, as permitted by applicable law.
- Website data: our website uses analytics, cookies, and similar tracking technologies, managed through Google Tag Manager (including Google Analytics and similar tools such as Hotjar). These may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, referring website, and general location. We use this information to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.
- Advertising data: our website also uses advertising and remarketing technologies from partners such as Google and Meta. These partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to recognize your device and show you ALC Remodel ads on other websites, apps, and social media platforms. Section 5 explains what this means under state privacy law and how to limit it.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide estimates, schedule work, and perform and document remodeling services
- To send appointment reminders, project updates, estimates, invoices, responses to your requests, and occasional marketing or lead follow-up emails
- To process payments and maintain business, tax, and warranty records
- To improve our services and customer experience
- To advertise our services, including measuring ad performance and showing ads to people who have visited our website
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to ALC Remodel Customer Care SMS, we use your SMS opt-in information only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Customers opt in by giving verbal consent by phone or in person, and we send a confirmation text right after consent is given.
- Program: ALC Remodel Customer Care SMS sends customer care texts for scheduling, appointment reminders, job-status updates, and replies to customer questions about active or prospective remodel work.
- Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive a few messages per week while a job is active, and fewer otherwise.
- Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Our website uses advertising and remarketing technologies from partners such as Google and Meta, which may collect information about your visit in order to show you relevant ads. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can limit it through your browser’s cookie settings or through the ad-preference tools those partners offer, such as Google Ads Settings and Meta ad preferences.
Apart from the advertising technologies described above, we share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate our business, such as field-service, scheduling, and invoicing software; job photo documentation; messaging providers; payment processors; and cloud storage. They may use it only to perform services for us.
- With subcontractors and suppliers, to the extent needed to complete your project.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale, or reorganization, subject to this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not use phone numbers collected through our SMS program for advertising or remarketing audiences.
6. Data Retention
We keep project and financial records as long as needed for warranty, tax, legal, and business purposes. After that, we delete or de-identify them.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time, or tell us by any reasonable means.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link when present, or contact us at contact@alcremodel.com to opt out of marketing email. Transactional messages about your estimate, job, or invoice may still be sent as needed.
- Cookies and advertising: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad personalization through Google Ads Settings and Meta ad preferences. Some site features may not work properly without cookies.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control signals.
- Access, correction, deletion: contact us at contact@alcremodel.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
