Custom Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling in Lucas, TX
LUCAS, TX
Lucas sits along the west side of Lavon Lake in Collin County and has kept a rural, open feel, with custom homes on large lots and plenty of space between neighbors. Homeowners here often built or bought for the land and the quiet. Over time, the bathrooms and kitchens inside those custom homes are what start to feel dated, from builder tile and tubs to kitchens that no longer suit how the family lives.
ALC Remodel designs and builds remodels for Lucas homeowners. Our team is led by tradesmen with up to 20 years in the field, and we handle design consulting, project management and installation ourselves, so one team is responsible for the result.

- Full home renovations: Several rooms coordinated by one team on one schedule.
Planning a remodel in Lucas
Many Lucas homes were custom-built, so no two remodels look the same. We start by understanding the original design, then plan updates that suit it, whether that is a larger walk-in shower in place of a tub, a powder room refresh or a kitchen with better flow and lighting. Because properties are spread out, we plan schedules and deliveries carefully so work keeps moving without wasted days. We also keep you involved without asking you to manage anything. Selections, schedule changes and progress photos are posted to your private customer dashboard, and our licensed trades handle plumbing, electrical and HVAC work under permit. You make the decisions; we handle the coordination and the work.
